DECREPID is a London-based Death Metal band formed back 2005. In 2009, they released a 6-song live EP entitled “Live at the Purple Turtle” on Deathtoll Records which secured shows across England supporting Nunslaugther, Sathanas, Cannabis Corpse, Children of Technology and Grave Desecrator to name a few. With these shows they built up a sizeable following around the UK and have continued to support great bands whilst on tour in the UK as well as headline many of their own shows around the country.
In 2010, DECREPID recorded their first full length album, “Devoted to Death”, which was sef-released in 2011 on their own FTW Records on vinyl and in 2012 on CD with Chilean label Heretic Death Call Productions. In late 2012, DECREPID recorded 3 demo tracks and was then contacted by Xtreem Music signing up a two-album recording contract.
Early 2015, the band entered Priory Studios to work with Greg Chandler on what would become their second album, "Osseous Empire". Another half hour of intense adrenaline-fuelled Death Metal influenced by what some people would consider the TRUTH of Death Metal, released in June 2015.
