German ultra-brutal Death Metallers GOREZONE, who already signed a deal with XTREEM MUSIC in fall 2008, have finished all works on their long awaited 3rd album which will finally see the light in October.
"Brutalities of Modern Domination" is the result of seven months of intensive work in three different studios and featuring not one but two new vocalists. This concept album offers a framework in which all the songs, lyrics and the layout match. It's mainly about politics and social criticism: it's about how power is being used to suppress people, how people are suffering from globalization and finally the mechanisms behind that. The album cover was made by Italian artist Marco Hasmann (www.myspace.com/hasmann) who made a brilliant work which perfectly fits into the concept of the album.
This 3rd opus of the band is definitely their most complex work to date, an album that could easily be classified as a perfect job!! After three years working in the shadow, spanish darkened Death Metal mongers VIDRES A LA SANG are back on track to complete and announce the coming of their third opus completing a trilogy that has transported us through the realms of poundingness, brutality, epic, feelings and drama dualized in only one context of life and death.
"Som" is the title of this new album that will reveal new horizons for the band that even though they still keep it loyal to their trademarks, explores new ways to reinvent themselves and keep on growing in their creative camp of maximum maturity. Now, under the flag of XTREEM, this new album will get the exposure that this hard-working band deserves. Norwegian brutal Death Metallers THE SICKENING have inked a 2-album deal with XTREEM MUSIC. The band, featuring ex-BLOOD RED THRONE's drummer Beist, is heralding the flag of new wave of Norwegian brutal Death with a style that's heavily influenced by bands like SUFFOCATION, PYREXIA & CANNIBAL CORPSE with more modern touches in the vein of KATAPLEXIA, DISAVOWED, INVERACITY... no groovy slamming stuff, just straight forward brutal Death!!
Their debut album, tentatively named "Death, Devastation, Decay!" is already recorded and currently being mastered in Sweden by the infamous Deathmaster Dan Swäno. 11 songs of relentless and brutal-as-fuck Death Metal including a cover of CANNIBAL CORPSE's "Hammer Smashed Face" in a way more brutal and bizarre style will be included on this debut opus that will undoubtely put THE SICKENING in the map of the current brutal Death Metal scene.

Finally!! After some weeks of negotiations, XTREEM MUSIC is more than proud to announce the addition to their roosters of one of the most legendary, true and classic Thrash Metal bands ever to come out from the german scene!! No other than the mighty NECRONOMICON!! Yes, the same ones that emerged back in ’83 together with bands like KREATOR, DESTRUCTION, SODOM… and that released three classic albums from ’86 to ’88 and later two more in ’94 & ’04.
The band has always been active and nowadays they even still have three out of the four former members from ‘83/’84: Freddy, Jogi & Axel plus Andi who joined in ’02. It’s the end of a long search and NECRONOMICON did a pact with the spanish Thrash & Death label XTREEM MUSIC with his owner Dave Rotten. Now it's time to release the production 'Revenge of the Beast' for all the Thrashing maiacs out there! Finally!
Again it was a long and rocky road for the 4 guys from the southwest of germany. Very typical, very NECRONOMICON. The production 'Revenge of the Beast' was recorded long ago. Once it was produced, mixed and mastered by Guru Achim Köhler it became a damn jackhammer!
But they didn’t just leave it at one production: Out of thanks and respect to the fans, NECRONOMICON produced “Revenge of the Beast” on their own a second time - in the style of the 80’s. It was all done in Temple Studio with Oliver Noack and NECRONOMICON and sounds like it – raw and brutal. Both productions are being released together on a special limited double CD edition for the 25th anniversary.
Then the old question: Who is best for the band? And, as you know, this is not quite easy. After loads of talking and debates Freddy, Axel, Andi and Jogi made up their mind for the Madrid label XTREEM MUSIC.
Because of the sun and the nice climate conditions there? No, because of Dave who is a real fan of the band, the music and the whole Metal scene. Very authentic! And because Dave build up and manages a very nice label in a professional way an with lot of enthusiasm.
In the end it was a clear decision for NECRONOMICON and we expect a lot from the cooperation.

After having participated in the killer 2nd Death Fast Open Air in Germany and headlined the 8th Metal Mania Open Air in Slovenia together with Exodus & Impaled Nazarene, AVULSED is ready for one more festival (as headliners as well) to close the summer festivals. This one is the 6th FilthRock Festival in Germany on 20th of September.
The band has just finished the recording of a brand new track entitled "Breaking Hymens" that will be included in the upcoming 10-CD mega-compilation box-set devoted exclusively to Spanish extreme Metal bands. This compilation will include over 150 bands and will be released in November '08 through Xtreem Music. This new track is an exclusive recording for this compilation although it'll be re-recorded for their upcoming 5th album. Regarding AVULSED's new album, for the first time we can reveal the title and album cover!! The debut album of spanish/swedish band PUTREVORE is scheduled for a September release through XTREEM MUSIC under the title of "Morphed from Deadbreath". PUTREVORE is a project band formed back in 2004 by Dave Rotten (AVULSED/ CHRIST DENIED) on vocals and Rogga Johansson (PAGANIZER/ RIBSPREADER) on guitars/ bass with the intention of bringing back the most heavy, purtid and dark sounds of the old school Death Metal directly influenced by bands like INCANTATION, ROTTREVORE, GRAVE, FUNEBRE, DETERIOROT...
The original band's name was DEATHBREATH, but it was changed in summer '07 after seeing that another swedish band emerged later with a similar monicker, so to avoid possible mistakes, a more brutal namd was chosen which suits much better the band's style. Composition of the songs were made between '04-'07 and it was during '07 when recordings took place both in Sweden and Spain with the help of session drummer David Ekevarn, for a later mix and mastering at swedish studios EAP Productions by Ronnie Bjornstrom who did a perfect job capturing the exact sound and feeling that PUTREVORE needed!!
