The band was formed in Sant Boi de Llobregat (Barcelona) in mid-2012 under the name NO AMNESTY doing concerts playing some covers and already writing their own songs for a future EP. The age of the members was 15 years, currently around 20 except Albert with 30.
In April 2013, their first EP "A New Order for Attack" was recorded at Anima Sound Lab, which was very well received by media and public, performing concerts during the first half of 2013 and starting in June.
During 2015 Mario drummer had to leave the group by differences between the members of the band and was replaced by Pol (current drummer).
In 2016 while writing what would be band’s debut album, David (bassist) left the band being replaced by Albert (singer ex- FUCK OFF/SETGE) and Mija (bass).
At the beginning of 2017 NO AMNESTY started to record the album "Psychopathy" in Axtudio and got signed by Xtreem Music in September of the same year for its release in November 14th.
